Returns and quality complaints
We offer our products under the New Zealand Fair Trade Act. We do not offer change of mind returns. Please choose carefully what you order with us.
We do our very best to ensure prints are sent out without flaws. However, should you receive them damaged or not of acceptable quality, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to send the print in its original packaging back to us. We will offer a replacement or a credit in case we accept the quality claim. We cannot credit shipping costs.
On request, we can provide postcard sized sample prints so you can check colors.
We do not accept a return of commercial licenses.
In case we ask you to return an item in a quality claim, we will advise you of the shipping address. Please do not return items without our consent. We may not be able to accept a return without our prior consent.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
